We have a wee bit of the Irish in us and this is a day full of celebration. Here is Leprechaun catcher that I helped my daughter make and low and behold I think we spotted one running out the door this morning. They are so tricky those Leprechauns~ chasing that rainbow to the pot of gold! ~
I found a recipe for a cocktail float! Vanilla ice cream topped with Irish stout! Scoop ice cream into a pint glass, and pour in enough stout to fill the glass. I haven't tried it yet! Rich and dessert like....yum!
